When we opened Ace Hotel London, it was important to our team to find ways of absorbing stress, toxins and disorientation from our guests' travels. Loren Daye and I concepted a life-affirming little juice window where the roots, herbs, plant allies and flamboyantly beautiful local produce at hand became healing elixirs.

We wanted people to feel loved, grounded and free to adventure -- and we knew that plants could be the anchor to make that happen.

Lovage was our brainchild, and now lives at Ace Hotel London. Branding and materials designed by Peter Bowhan.
